A&D Roofing & Construction Limited (company no. 09839093) was incorporated on 23 October 2015 as A&D Roofing Solutions Limited. The legal name changed on 29 January 2026 to match what the company actually does: roofing and construction.
Adam Edmonds and Dan Price run it. Combined, over 30+ years on roofs and on builds. The vans still say the old URL — that stays. The website no longer pretends they only do tiles.
